Access Control
SSH key-based authentication only. No password access permitted. Role-based access enforced across all internal services. Account lockout enforced at the application layer.
Network Protection
UFW firewall active. Cloudflare-only ingress on all public services. CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint protection enabled. Fail2ban active for intrusion prevention.
Data Storage & Retention
Merchant data stored in isolated PostgreSQL 17 databases. No cross-merchant data sharing. When a plan is not paid, the store goes offline three days after the payment was due, and comes back within a day of it being paid. When a plan ends, the store is taken offline rather than erased — data is retained for a minimum of 90 days. After the retention window the store's hosting and build history are decommissioned; account and order records are retained beyond it.
Incident Response
Security incidents assessed immediately upon detection. Amazon and affected merchants notified within 24 hours of a confirmed breach. Critical vulnerabilities remediated within 7 days.
Logging & Monitoring
Application and access logs retained for a minimum of 90 days. Alerting systems tested regularly.
Token Handling
SP-API tokens stored encrypted in environment-isolated configuration. Tokens are never logged or exposed in UI. Revocation handled immediately upon merchant disconnection.
